Japanese rugby team which is the number one in Asia will play host to Argentina’s rugby team which is the number one in America on November 5. Japan will play four matchs in a month. The first home match on November will be the first match of the tenure of Jamie Joseph who is new head coach of Japanese rugby team. The former head coach of Japan was Eddie Jones who achieved excellent results in Rugby World Cup 2015. Joseph is also hoped to achieve excellent success in his tenure. The most recent match took place in Buenos Aires in March 2005 resulted in Argentina winning 68-36.
Opinion
We discussed “Which are better for the head coach, Japanese or foreigners?” at this week’s after reading of discussion. So I write my opinion about this question. I think that both head coachs have different merit. In other words, the right person in the right place is good way. I think that Japanese head coach is better at some sport which rooted in Japan like baseball. Because Japanese head coach has already had good method in those sports. And more, Japanese head coach knows feelings of Japanese people. In contrast, foreigners is better at some sports which didn’t root in Japan like rugby. Indeed there are some risk as foreigner don’t know feelings of Japanese people, but there is never revolution without risk.

As UK lends about 16% of its foreign assets to China, there are many opinions on the issue. Some worry that the debt China has is going to throw off UK, while some say that China cannot be substituted as one of the largest global power.

I think that China should imitate present economic style in Japan. Present economic style in Japan is to borrow money from an ordinary people in Japan. So Japan doesn’t have much debt from foreign countries. As opposed to economic style in Japan, that in China is to borrow debt mainly from foreign countries. Therefore when China has economic recession, many foreign countries intend to collect their loan. If that situation comes, China will have only load to failure. A failure of the great economic country like China have too big influence. Therefore I think China should imitate economic style in Japan.

The first accident occurred in Florida. Tesla said that based on the information they have, autopilot system had nothing to do with the accident. It said that it never received logs containing details, which would indicate wether autopilot was on or off. The report about accident in Florida that was published by NHTSA concluded that both driver and the autopilot system failed to detect a tractor in front of him. NHTSA chief has said that technology such as autopilot needed to be twice as safe as the manual system they replace.
Opinion
I think that new automated technology such as autopilot system has many problems not only in technology. Even though we can clear problems in technology, many problems including that of law remain. To put autopilot system to practical use, we must bring some solutions for problems of law or ethnic. If someone who is driving a car which is equipped a practical autopilot system without keeping his hands on the wheel cause an accident, who should be blamed? Driver? Or a company? I think that if we can clear technical problems, we should not put new automatic technology to practical use until we bring some solution for problems of law or ethnic.
I believe people should adopt dogs rather than buying them from pet shops. Owning dogs has been popular for a very long time, but as the number of pet dogs increases, the number of rescued dogs also increases. Surprising number of people attempt to abandon their dogs for various reasons, and some organizations often rescue them. The reasons are often unreasonable and very irresponsible. Knowing such a terrible fact, many people are starting to adopt these rescued dogs from animal shelters rather than buying dogs from pet shops and breeders. However, such environment is not yet set up in Japan, and there are three steps that must be taken to create an ideal environment for dogs to find rightful owners and people to find rightful dogs.
First, we must understand about the current situation in Japan, regarding rescued dogs. Most of these rescued dogs are not “puppies” you often see in pet shops; they are usually adult dogs. Therefore, you would not be able to spend time with it when it is a puppy if you decide to adopt a rescued dog. Though you may want to do so, the amount of time you would be able to spend with a puppy is very short. Furthermore, if you choose to adopt one, you would know the size of the dog for the rest of its life at the moment of adoption because it is already an adult.
Some dogs grow up to be very large despite the size of the puppy, and that is very troublesome.
Second, people need to realize that creating the most ideal environment is essential upon adoption. In order to ensure dogs’ happiness, animal shelters and organizations have certain standards that have to be met by adopters. In fact, one would need to send an entry sheet and often have interview with the organization. He/she would be checked the family background, financial status, and lifestyle. Adopters have to be reminded that they have to prepare to adopt dogs.
Lastly, it must be accessible for those who wish to adopt dogs. There are four main ways to find dogs that are waiting to be adopted. Firstly, one could look into local public animal shelters. Local governments often hold meetings and lectures for people who are looking for adoptions. Secondly, one could look for private organizations. These organizations often have very well made websites, and one could look for ideal dogs. Thirdly, one can directly go to “adoption meetings,” where people can actually meet the dogs waiting to be adopted. Finally, one can even look for adoptable dogs in pet shops and veterinarians.
As explained above, it is not easy for one to adopt a dog. On the other hand, purchasing a dog from a shop is much easier. This is one of the reasons why the number of rescued dog are increasing. I believe dogs should never suffer because of selfish owners. I hope dog adoptions get popularized in Japan.

A security guard died from fume inhalation when masked protesters burned a pharmacy and a super market

My opinion
When I read read this article, I can’t image the situation that people are killed because people would not be killed by a protest in Japan .
In Japan,people don’t protest during adress by the Prime Minister or a politician. And people don’t protest violency.
