According to soccer’s world governing body, Iran was fined 45,000 Swiss francs because of holding a religious ceremony on November 3. Not only Iran but also many countries were fined and warned for various acts of misbehavior. And these misbehaviors often involve team’s fans. In my opinion, we should separate sports and religion. Religious action is usually radical. And sports is sacred and does not allow interventions. So religion should not intervene in sports. But we don’t have to punish religious acts that is not misbehavior. For example, some soccer players often pray to God during the game. However this action wouldn’t be harmful. So in this case, we don’t have to separate sports and religion. We need to think about situation.

The Royal Insititution of Chartered Surveyors(Rics) claims the UK faces critical shortage of homes to rent. At least 1.8 million more households will be looking to rent rather than buy a home by 2015. Rics has called on the government to offer tax breaks to encourage building and investment in the sector. I think there are three things which the UK should do to solve this problem. First of all, the UK have to break stamp duty. Therefore, government will be able to facilitate buying more their own home. Secondly, government urges people to buy houses and advertises buying houses. Finally, government should build more rented houses. If they do that, people who can’t buy their house because of low income can rent house with low rental fee. In conclusion, I think the UK government should above three things.

The new locks are the size of the Empire State Building, with doors that were built using enough steel for 19 Eiffel towers and walls lined with enough basalt rock for two of Giza’s great pyramids. They can accommodate much bigger ships which able to carry more than 13,000 containers, whereas previously the biggest ships the canal could accommodate could carry only 5,000 of them. They has double the capacity now. And a massive Chinese container ship was the first to use the new 48mile lane on its way to the US, symbolically linking the canal’s two biggest users.

I think the Panama Canal expansion is beneficial for world. World trade will grow larger due to the Panama Canal expansion. It is based on 6 years research, which included more than 100 studies on the economic feasibility, market demand, environmental impact and other technical engineering aspects. So I think this large project is made up of minute plans. And it will cause change of sea-lanes all over the world. For example, large ships from Japan can directly go to East Coast of the US. Before the Panama Canal expansion, these ships can’t directly go to East Coast of the US. So I think world will become more convenient due to it.
I believe that Article 9 in the Constitution of Japan makes it one of the greatest laws in the world. Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan was made to maintain the peace in Japan and other Asian Pacific countries as well as the other countries in the world. Ander Article 9 , any war potentials including land, sea, and air force would never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized. This means that we have very minimal military.In fact, the effectiveness of Article 9 is tremendous while other developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdum and France have been experiencing the madness of the war and the terrorism for the recent 30 years. Japan was the only country that successfully avoided the damages and tragedy from that. It is extremely clear that if we look into the history of the US and that of Japan in the past 30 years. The US has got involved in several wars and terroristic attacks such as Vietnamese war, the Gulf war, 9.11, and the Iraqi war. On the other hand, Japan, being the closest ally of the US, did not even send our Self-Defense Force to any of these wars that the US got involved in. We neither killed anyone on the lands of Iraq o and Vietnam, nor earned any of the feelings of vengeance. We also did not get attacked and lose our people in these wars. This clearly tells us that Article 9 let us avoid the disastrous history while being the best friend of the US.
I am majoring in Law in the university and I only started to know about the Constitution of Japan after studying in the university. I am now still in the progress of learning the Constitution of Japan and I notice that Japan has the greatest Constitution that we should be proud of. However, it is very difficult for everyone to understand the Constitution of Japan in details. I think that in order to improve our law system, the most important thing is that we need to understand the Constitution of Japan. I hope to encourage everyone to gain knowledge about the Japanese law through social media like TV and newspaper. From the law-related news, people would start being interested in law and therefore the Constitution of Japan. If we know it better, we would be able to further improve our law system.

Norway has become the first country to stop clear-cutting of trees, which will be a great help to curbing global deforestation. Norwegian lawmakers also commited to find a way to source essential products such as palm oil, soy, and timber so that they leave little to no impact on their ecosystems. These production contributed to a little less than half of total tropical deforestation. Norway has shown its commitment to a cleaner environment in other ways. In 2008, the country gave Brazil $1 billion to help fight deforestation of the Amazon rainforest. It is also in the process of restricting the sales of gas-powered cars by 2025.

I agree with Norway’s policy. Ｉthink this policy will bring about mainly two great results. One is about climate change. When forests are cleared and in flames, the carbon in the trees is released as carbon dioxide which is the main greenhouse gas contributing to climate change. So this policy will stop to increase carbon dioxide in the air. It means this policy will prevent global warming. And the other is about protecting ecosystems. There are many animals and plants in forests. If we destroy forests, they will lose places to live and die. For two main reasons, I think we should stop deforestation. Other contries should introduce such policy to protect the enviroment and ecosystems.
Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff was impeached for manipulating public accounts ahead of her re-election in 2014. She utilized bribes which her election staff accepted as an election campaign fund. She would be forced to stand down for 180 days while she is tried and vice-president Michel Temer would assume the presidency in the interim.She appeared to be given a last-minute reprieve after the interim speaker tried to annul in last month’s congressional vote in favour of impeachment. But speaker refused to send the vote back to the lower house.

Ms Rousseff would be forced to stand down for 180 days. And official countdown to the 2016 Summer Olympic Games is fewer than 100 days. In addicion, vice-prsident Michel Temer who would assume the presidency may also be impeached. He may also concerned an illegal campaign donations. So 2016 Summer Olympic Games will be held without president. Some experts say it won’t affect Olympic Games. But I think absence of the top position will have many obstacles. Many problems suddenly appears while Olympic Games. But nobody can make a decision. As a result,I think Ms Rousseff impeachment should be reprieved.
