Summary

The government hopes to build cross-party consensus on the possible abdication of the emperor before Diet of the next year session as the ruling and opposition parties is different on how extensive debate on the issue should be in Japan. Plans have already emerged to include language on a continued consideration of comprehensive changes to the system in the legislation draft in a nod to opposition parties.

Opinion
The Imperial system in present circumstances is not what imperial cannot abdicate until he dies. That is to say, if the Diet is for the intention of imperial, it needs to revise the Imperial Household Law. However, it is a permanent law, so if the Diet agrees with a rule of an abdication while alive, it is possible that a state of Imperial Household and a succession to be Imperial Throne are confused. After this, The diet should think over the Imperial system and if it changes the Imperial Household Law, it takes responsibility and continue the management of Imperial system.

I believe the phrase “smile is treasure”. My friend taught me when I was a junior high school student. At the time, I had many worries about my records of studies, human relations and so on. I can overcome these difficulties in my impressionable girlhood thanks to the phrase because I did not want to give up it. I lose heart sometimes, but I had remembered the words when I experienced many difficulties in my life.

 

 

First,I experienced great east Japan earthquake. We did not use electricity, so we could not watch TV, could not make a plate, and could not use an electric heater. Moreover we could not buy food because many people bought many goods and they ran out of goods. In the other hand, the business world of entertainment tried to cheer them up by music and a comic dialogue. They are criticized because people in a stricken area felt bad. However, singers and comedians continued to do in order to cheer people up by the power of them. They surely made victims smiling. After that victims could overcome with smiling. This is how they considered it in a positive light.

 

It was hard for me when I heard that acquaintances and friends of my friends died and remembered the earthquake. However, I deeply appreciated that I can live at the moment and try to think positively. After that we can be smiling naturally. It is not easy, but we need to break away from bad state.

 

Second, I am consulted by some friends about their love, their records of studies and their human relations. We try to solve their own problems, but we can not think positively and they have a vicious circle. At that time, I advised simply. It is easy thinking, but they think so much and they can not see simple things. As I say that smile is treasure, they smile. This is how they can think positively with smiling.

 

In conclusion, it is important to smile. As we smile, we can see what we could not see. That is to say, we can solve the problems that could not solve. It is because we can think things simply and positively. When someone is smiling, other people is smiling. Smile produce some smiles. It is lovely things. If I run up against a difficulty, I try to challenge the problems with smiling. Then I would give a positive effect.

Japan officials raid Suzuki headquarters in order to test the the use of improper fuel economy. Japanese authorities investigated whether they had mean to deceive car buyers. Last month Suzuki had discrepancies in its fuel emissions and a issue that it did not apply to products sold outside of Japan. Opinion
I think that it is difficult to find injusticeof the company. Nowadays many car companies are reported the injustice one after another. Before the Suzuki, Volkswagen that is a German car company and Mitsubishi that is a Japanese car company had a problem that make a alternation of a fuel emission. It seems that their ways of doing improper reports resemble. It may get into the habit of doing so. The habit damages we consumers. Recently, Japanese car maker have had a good reputation, but it might decrease Japanese car company. They should take another look at the system of the management.

Summary

Landlocked Uganda has announced it will build a major pipeline to export its oil through Tanzania in Kampala at a summit of the East African Community bloc with Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan.

Uganda had planned to send the pipeline through Kenya, which wanted a joint facility for oil from its own fields that are under development. It is concerned about possible attacks by Somalia’s al-shabab Islamists because of further south. It is said that it costs about 4 billions creates 15000 jobs. It suggests that Uganda backed the Tanzanian route because the country’s port of Tanga is already fully operational, while Kenya’s Lamu ports still being built.

 

Opinion

I think the reports is good idea, so I find the important things.

First, it is that the east Africa which is not productive area will become the big country to product much oil after a few years. Because the demand from many country gets higher to product oil, the economy in Africa may develop. Also, the project needs many people, so the many worker is turned out. It means that it helps the economy and jobs.

Second, it will affect all over the world. The oil in Africa contains less sulfur than other countries, so We Japan, Asia which consume much oil will take on it still more and it is able to keep the relation between supply and demand in balance.

In these reason, I think the report is good idea for their own country and other country.
