Summary

The premiere of the Star Wars : The Force Awakens are placed in Los Angeles, and it would be shown in the TCL Chinese Theatre, the Dolby Theatre and the El Capitan Theatre. Interestingly, First film of the Star Wars series took premiere in TCL Chinese Theatre also. The Star Wars : The Force Awakens are seventh stories of Star Wars series, and also original actors – Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher appear in the seventh story. Lots of big fan in US must wait for 24hours to buy a pair of tickets. In addition, some cinema websites exploded by people who want to buy tickets in October.

 

Opinion

When I was first grade of the Elementary school, I went Theatre with my family for Star wars : The Phantom Menace in 1999. That was the first movie of my life and it was fantastic. Now 2015, new series of the Star Wars premiered to whole world. As expected, it recorded 125million dollars in opening day and it broke record also. Moreover Disney took over Lucas film for 4billions, so before premiered, I can see Star Wars Characters in everywhere – convenience store, clothing shop and so on. I worried about mass production of the Star Wars series. Disney says Stars Wars series will be taken every each 2 years. I am very interested in new Star Wars series but I also worried about theirs qualities.

There are two types of Tax credits system in British. Working Tax Credits(WTC) and Child Tax Credits(CTC). Under the British government, Minimum income for Working Tax Credits will be cut to 3,850pounds from April. Also Minimum income for Child Tax Credit will be cut from 16,105 pounds to 12,125 pounds. The rate at which those payments are cut is also going to get faster. In this circumstances in UK, The House of Lords block financial measures approved by the House of commons – Labour and Liberal Democratic. Labour’s shadow welfare secretary Owen Smith said there are more important things than these arguments, but Cabinet Office minister Matthew Hancock said these money is “obviously financial matter”, it should not be blocked by peers.

These are many ways to do well in political conflict. In UK there are two types of members of parliament. Therefore It is very important to keep the balance between The House of Lords and The House of Commons. In this article House of Lords block decisions of House of commons. I think they have to respect the decisions of The House of Lords for these reason.
In my opinion, House of lords have to get rights authority by House of commons. Member of House of Lords are professional in every single fields – Financial, Business, Science and so on. They can predict financial matters of UK which were not figured out by House of commons when they propose the policy. That decision should have important reasons. I think House of commons have to care reason of this decision.
Of course, It must be lots of problems if House of lords hold the dominant that House of commons. But I think comments of Ministers is not right – peers do not have the right to block financial measures approved by the House of Commons. So I think House of Lords and House Commons have to meditate between two parties.

Japan’s education and sports minister has submitted his resignation. He assume take his responsibility about financial trouble of New stadium of 2020 Tokyo Olympic. Abe minister is withdrawing established plan, but making new plan. Because the cost is too expensive than prospective cost. The selection of a new stadium design is due in November. Also Olympic organizers are looking for another new logo to replace on that abandoned.

There are so many interruption elements to open Olympic at Tokyo. From the news, Abe prime minister cannot bear to down the cost and he says there are no air-condition system in the stadium for cost. But instead there are cooler in the stadium for the duration of Olympic. Moreover it is terrible weather for players. 2015 summer, it is 35~40 degrees for 10 days, and it will affect players’ records. So there is an argument that Olympic must be holden in October. I think member of assembly do not care about players but they care only about broadcasting rights. IOC and Olympic organization must be take care about players’ health much more.

Recently, Mongolia’s poverty rate was dropped 27.4% to 21.6% in 2012, and it was shown in livestock incomes, pensions and real wages. But the James Anderson, the World Bank’s representative to Mongolia, said that they have to finish the extreme poverty of Mongolia, poverty still harass one in five people and still vulnerable. This reduction in poverty was by continued growth in livestock incomes in the Highland regions which benefited from government funds under the livestock incentives schemes.

In my opinion, no matter how is the percentages of poverty, but people who are in the poverty practically, they cannot get out of that loop of poverty. In this article, because of government, the poverty rate is reduced. But government and national organization have to help people who are in the urban areas. I know they are helping already as possible as they can, but they should not have easy mind with the rate.
