This is the story about the processed meats. The WHO said that Processed meats do cause cancer. It showed that 50g of processed meat a day increased the chance of developing cancer by 18%. This data is from WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer.  In the research, we can find that processed meats are in the same level with plutonium, alcohol and so on.

So, does it mean that we have to stop eating  the processed meats? Dr. Kurt Straif said that this didn’t mean the processed meats are dangerous. We just have to cut down the amount of  meats.

After reading this news, I decide to  eat less processed meats than before. I always eat the processed meats four or five times a week. I will try to eat just two or three times a week and cut down the amount of them. I will try to exchange the processed meats to the fleshes. Also,  I think i should eat more vegetables to make a good balance of my diet.

More and more people get cancer, but i think we cannot protect ourselves . In my opinion, trying the balance diet and eating the food what you want to eat will make our lives happier.

After I read this news, I am very worried about the person who live in Syria. Air strikes will destory their area. Where can they live? What can they eat? And why the Syria goverment want to try the air strikes to destory their country. I cannot understand it.

Then, I am worried about the Free Army and the Syria Goverment Army. Because after they overthrow the Is, the fight will start between them. Don’t they have a better way to save the Syria without fighting?

This presentation is about the challenge of making leather and meat of animals by bio fabrication. The speaker said that what people are doing now is crazy. People raise and eat animals. If his 3D development is success, we won’t kill any animals. We will use cells to make units of lives without animals. For example, leather is made from a cell. If we can make a lot of the cell by his development, it’s easy to get it without any waste.

This may help us to get a lot of food and prevent us from starvation. However, I don’t agree with this idea. I have 3 reasons.

At first, this idea will make the needs of animals be deleted. Because just indispensable item can survive in this world. If there are no needs with animals, they will exterminate. Secondly, in the speaker’s talk, he said we can control the quality of leather. Of course, we can use it in meat. I think, this means it is a way to change the making of human. And, making meat is also a thinking of just treat animals like raw materials. At last, this idea just make a way for people to escape. It cannot change the people idea of thinking of animals.

Accordingly, the most important thing is try to change people idea of meat. For example, teaching the importance and sacredness of meat.

They also said that carriers are expected to make $8.27 profit for every passenger on average in this year. But it is just an average date. Because we can find that there is a big difference between every country. For example, for North American, their airlines can make $18.12 profits for every passenger. On the other hand, Africa airlines just can have  $1 profits from every passenger.  We can find many reasons of this difference like different use of planes, the stronger dollar and so on.

At first, I felt so surprise about this news. Because I cannot believe that there are also differences of airline profits between diferent countries. Maybe the bigest reason is the dollar. Because even the price of oil is down, it’s difficult for other countries to buy oil on dollar. They will have the rate probolem of rate.

On the other hand, the date showed us that every country cannot have the same profits. But every country has profits. I think it is a good news. It means airlines use in every country is growing. The world becomes more globle.

This is a story happened in EU and North Africa. On this Monday, European Union asked the United Nations to authorize military action to destroy boats used to smuggle people from North Africa to Europe. They want to go to Europe to get a better life. Even though many of them died at sea, EU cannot stop mass migrations by themselves. Because they think that it is a common global effort, so they asked U.S. to help and destroy smuggle boats.

About this news, I felt so shocked that migrants cannot stay in their countries because of poverty and so on. I think no one wants to leave their countries. I hope their countries can do something for them.

Next, I don’t agree with the way that EU always did for migrants. Because of asylums for migrants, Europe is better for living for them. EU has to stop doing that.

At last, the requirement from EU is not great.  Its meaning that pleae destroy boats and kill migrants.  It’s not the solution.  They have to think about other ways to solve it.
