The emotion of thanksful is one of the most important thing to helth. Especially, talking with family has a lot of effects. When we talk with family, we smile a lot. When we smile, our body provide the endrphins. It make our brain feel better. On the other hand, people who can self-control make a good decision to health.
My family has three person, including me. Because of the few persons, I do not chat with my family everyday. My family eat breakfast in our own timing and eat dinner in our own place… Also, in recent two years, I only study CPA exam so I cannot make enough time to chat. However, now, before the exam, I can make enough time to talk with my family. I want to chat, smile and make our family’s health.
